Story
We are Nadya and Robert Otta – a married couple, parents, and entrepreneurs. And we know the reality that many women over 40 experience: everyday life is full, responsibilities are high, and their minds are often racing. In this phase of life, well-being becomes less of a given and more the result of conscious, achievable decisions.
Nadya has a medical background . For her, Noviterum began on a very personal level: she had long felt "actually healthy" – until she realized she wanted to support herself more gently and consistently in her daily life. I didn't want a complicated setup with many individual products, but rather simplicity, honesty, and clarity – a ritual that works in real life.
Robert brings the second half of our foundation: He has over 15 years of experience in quality management in Germany and at an international level – in the medical technology and industrial sectors. His conviction: Trust is not built on grand promises, but on standards, specifications, and transparent decisions. In short: diligence instead of empty promises.
